CEREC Basic and Advanced Training
Basic Training is offered at the Orlando Patterson CEREC Training Center. The Orlando CEREC training center is a new facility with state of the art CEREC equipment.
The training center is located at 570 Monroe Road, Ste. 1024 Sanford FL 32771.

Advanced Training is offered in the doctor's office, Dr. Brown's office or at the Orlando Patterson training facility. Advanced topics such as CEREC on implants, anterior restorations, multiple restorations, veneers, CEREC Connect digital impressions and CEREC - Galileos integration can be tailored to meet the individual doctor's needs. Patterson training vouchers are accepted.

Practice Management & Insurance Billing Training
Shauna Brown, RDH is the office manager and insurance coordinator for Implant Dentistry of Florida. She is an authority on dental office management. Shauna has helped numerous dental offices improve their patient experience through proven methods of increased efficiency and patient flow. She is an innovator in practice management techniques and patient communication for increased patient satisfaction. Shauna has been sought after to provide seminars on medical and dental billing and practice management. She currently provides seminars on medical billing for cone beam CT scans for Patterson Dental and Sirona.
Shauna also provides one and two day in-office trainings in medical billing for the dental office, Dentrix practice software, patient communication, and practice management.
